Understand what your Avenlo plan includes before connecting SAP or starting a test subscription.

Three plans. One connected workspace.

* Unlimited means no monthly Avenlo operation cap. Your SAP account permissions may restrict the records and actions available. Supported Avenlo tools, SAP availability, and a limit of 30 operation requests per minute still apply.

Each account is an individual workspace with one SAP connection, not a shared team account. An Avenlo plan does not include SAP licenses, SAP hosting, or a ChatGPT subscription. Those services may have their own charges, availability requirements, and limits.

What an operation means

One successful SAP request returning up to 100 records, or one confirmed quotation draft creation, counts as one operation. A report can require many requests. Connection checks, local proposal previews, and failed reads do not spend the monthly allowance. An uncertain write counts conservatively because SAP may have received it; check SAP before trying again.

Free allowances reset at the start of each UTC calendar month. Paid test allowances follow the Stripe subscription period. Switching plans within a period does not erase usage already recorded.

SAP permissions still apply

Avenlo signs in to Service Layer with the SAP account you connect. That account’s authorizations can restrict available records and actions. Use an account approved by your company with only the permissions it needs. Buying a plan does not grant additional SAP permissions.

All connections start read-only. Pro and Unlimited permit quotation draft preparation only after you enable writes. You must review and confirm every draft in the website before it is created in SAP. This beta does not post invoices, delete records, or execute arbitrary commands.

Test subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Billing currently uses Stripe’s sandbox. Use Stripe test payment details only. There are no real charges, and no real-money refunds are needed for sandbox transactions. Selecting a pricing card alone does not start a subscription.

A paid test subscription renews monthly until canceled. Open Usage & billing and choose Manage or cancel subscription to cancel online in Stripe. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until that date. Plan changes may create prorated test charges, which Stripe shows before you confirm.

The Free plan has no payment requirement and does not automatically become a paid plan. A sandbox subscription does not authorize future live charges. Live billing will require a separate launch with its applicable terms and payment authorization.

Reports need context and review

ChatGPT-generated analysis can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify material figures against SAP, and check the date range, pagination, filters, tax treatment, credit notes, and currencies. Financial analysis in this beta covers sales documents; general-ledger statements, cash-flow reporting, and receivables aging are not supported. Reports are decision support, not audited financial statements or professional accounting, legal, or tax advice.

Availability

This is beta software. Access depends on Avenlo, ChatGPT, your network, and your SAP Service Layer. The ChatGPT plugin is not yet listed in the public directory and must be available to your account. Avenlo is independently developed and is not affiliated with SAP or OpenAI.
