Your own SAP Business One company through Service Layer. Your SAP user permissions determine which records you can access. You need an HTTPS Service Layer endpoint, a company database name, and a SAP account.
Every connection starts read-only. An active paid plan lets you enable quotation draft creation. You must review and confirm each draft in Avenlo before it is saved to SAP. This beta does not post invoices, delete records, or run arbitrary commands.
Yes. Avenlo uses Sign in with ChatGPT only. You can explore records in the Avenlo workspace and use its connected tools in ChatGPT when the Avenlo plugin is available to your account. Public directory availability is still pending.
One successful SAP data request returning up to 100 records, or one confirmed draft creation. A question can use several requests. Connection checks, draft previews, and failed reads do not use your allowance. An uncertain write counts until checked in SAP. All plans have a limit of 30 requests per minute.
No. Unlimited removes the monthly Avenlo operation cap. Your connected SAP user still needs permission for each record and action. Avenlo supports a defined set of tools, and all plans allow up to 30 operation requests per minute. SAP and ChatGPT access are separate from your Avenlo plan.
Open Usage & billing in your workspace and choose Manage or cancel subscription. Stripe’s portal lets you cancel online. Access continues through the current test billing period. The Free plan has no subscription to cancel.
Billing is currently in a Stripe sandbox. Use Stripe test payment details only; no real money is charged. The listed monthly prices are in US dollars.
